How we grow up and then become
Might be a mystery to some,
But parallels a seed that’s sowed
In fertile ground that’s moist and hoed,
That pushes through resistant soil
Tenacious, seeking light of day;
While taking root and branching out
And bearing fruit without a doubt,
Becoming what it’s meant to be
When planted there expectantly.
